Super cute locally owned motel with nice upgrades and thoughtful touches. Given that it was an older motel with original windows and doors in the front it and an uninsulated AC unit it was a bit noisy when people passed but we solved that by turning the AC fan on. The rooms and property were lovely and I really appreciated all the thoughtful little touches, like a pour over coffee station, a phone holder in the bathroom, and a blanket for our dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Great reception help travel plan recommendation

Fantastic help by the girl in the reception with planning our road trip going west from Durango. She spent a lot of time (when no other customers needed help) coming with advices on how to visit Grand Canyon, come up with more recommendations and plan our trip time wise. Very charming hotel. They have done a great job taking an old property and making it seem new without eliminating the character of the place. Is clean, quaint, comfortable, pet friendly. The price is right and proper. The property is right in the main road to town yet still quiet.

Newly renovated rooms with great service.
