Bad experience
POSITIVE FEEDBACK:
1. New building and apartment
2. Nice location
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK:
1. Not fully air conditioned apartment
2. We were waiting 30 minutes to receive our key because nobody was there during our check-in hours. The cleaner was the one who help us after all
3. Bad attitude from the owner via telephone instead of apologizing for the delay
4. Administration changed our reservation after we paid for the room and we had to reschedule our vacations.
5. Nobody contact us to see if everything was ok.
