Encantadora estancia rural.
El alojamiento se encuentra en una finca con jardín y huerto. Bien acogido por la anfitriona que nos ofreció cenar en el jardín del establecimiento. Buena cocina con varios productos del propio huerto. Habitación espaciosa y parking en la misma finca.

Très beau séjour dans un cadre très agréable à deux pas des principaux sites d’intérêts du pays Cathare. Les propriétaires sont adorables et leur cuisine à base des légumes du jardin excellente. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Merci !

AMAZING!!! Lucy runs a fantastic place here. It was my favorite out of the whole trip. The room was SO clean! It was the cleanest room I think I've ever walked into in my life of staying in hotels. The bed was comfortable as well, and the pillows were just right. Lucy also gave me a hot water bottle to have and made sure that I was warm enough for the chilly November night. A really smart idea they had was putting an extra heater in the bathroom, I loved this :) Breakfast was included and so delicious, Lucy goes down to the town bakery for bread and makes really yummy croissants. I would definitely stay here again and again! Can't say enough good things about this place!

Wonderful hosts. Got a free room upgrade. A nice place to stay if you are seeing the southern Cathar castles. Pleasant courtyard in which to enjoy beer and wine. Fabulous dinner (table d'hote). Really small town with not many services. Need to pay in cash.

Fantastic place to stay
Staying at Relais de Laval was a real pleasure. We had not stayed at an Hotel D'Hote before and we were not sure what to expect especially as we didn't book directly with the owners and we were unsure about the evening meal availability. The whole experience was a complete delight. Lucy welcomed us with great enthusiasm and our room was clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The table D'hote evening meal however turned out to be the best part. Lucy is a superbe cook. There is no menu choice (although I'm sure there would be for vegetarians and allergies) and all quests eat at the same time but you can choose to sit at your own table or mix with other guests. The meal was four courses that were sensational yet simple, brilliantly presented and expertly served. This, aperitifs, a Demi carafe of house wine and coffee came for a very very reasonable cost. We slept well and enjoyed petit dejeurner the next morning of French bread, croissants, jam , meat, cheese and cereal. We also had tour of Lucys garden before leaving. We will return.

charming spot
very charming. old winery turned into chamber d' hote by russian couple. Lucy is very friendly and hard working. 3 stone buildings face each other across a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs outdoors. room was very nice with stone floors and heavy wood doors, but stone makes for poor wifi. cute breakfast room, made tea there in the evening and had complimentary continental breakfast in the morning. saw the 2 sheep that 'mow' the grass, a small organic garden, lots of flowers in pots. very pretty. liked this place very much!

We had a lovely stay
We had a lovely stay, comfortable, relaxing, the food was fantastic. It was nice to be able to socialise over dinner with the other guests in the walled courtyard inder the stars. Slava & Lucy provided excellent service. Our stay could not have been better.
