Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, nicht wirklich gut, aber auch nicht wirklich schlecht. Der Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthaltes entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Zum Beispiel war die Rezeption sehr schnell überfordert, das Servicepersonal war mehrheitlich unfreundlich, abgesehen vom Chef des Service beim Frühstück und des Reinigungspersonals. Das Essen war o.k. Die Anlage sowie das Zimmer waren sauber. Was störend war, war, dass es beim Frühstück nicht genügend Platz für alle Gäste hatte und es so zu Wartezeiten gekommen ist.

Si tratta di un piccolo hotel, ammodernato da pochi anni, con servizio ristorante sia a pranzo che a cena. Si trova sulla strada principale di Livigno e il centro è raggiungibile con 3 min di passeggiata. Servizio cortese e tutti gli ambienti sono curati e puliti. Parcheggio all'aperto gratuito, uso di un ottimo e funzionante wi-fi gratuito... ideale anche per famiglie
