Unfortunately misled which was a shame!!
This was not what we originally booked, we booked a hotel with a pool & restaurant, 3 weeks before I was informed the hotel had changed is name & the link provided to their website still stated a pool & restaurant. Upon arrival we found no pool & restaurant & was still charged the same price with these facilities short! Shame we were misled in this way as the property was nice & the gardens & hot tub were nice! I think the owners & hotels.com should of together rectified this issue and reflected these changes both in price and told us the customer clearly the facilities had changed due to some other issues and the property had been split away from the original hotel. Hotels.com said they would look into it but nothing was done!! Anyone with a recent booking won’t have this problem.
