otel rezervasyonumuz kahvaltılı bir şekilde olmasına rağmen lobideki görevli kahvaltı dahil olmadığını söyledi. Bunun üzerine rezervasyon yaptığım şirketi aradım ve kahvaltılı olduğunu doğrulatıp, faturayı acentaya yolladım. Sorun belki otel kaynaklı değildi acenta kaynaklıydı ama otelde ingilizce konuşabilen yetkili olmadığı için sorunun çözümü için 40 dakika kadar uğraştım.
