They registered me for a day less than my requested stay, which took a while to figure out and explain with the language barrier, when they wanted more money at checkout. Charged for more than the 2 bottles of water that i used, charged for gatorade also which i did not use. Charged again for face mask that was paid for in cash. Over charged for guest use of the pool. All these items took time to discuss and resolve, which reduced my time to get to the airport.
Take away: check your bill early. Get a reciept for everything. Allow time to resolve issues, if possible make sure there is a staff that can translate or be fluent in spanish.
Room service (room cleaning staff) and the short lightskin waitress were very polite and helpful.
