Really dirty hotel. Birdshit on the balconies. Room was really dirty. We got another room. Clean but balcony door broken so no fresh air. This hotel was maybe good allot of years ago. No restaurant service. No possible to eat at the hotel. Breakfast was really bad. Don’t go there.

It's ok for the price. Cleanliness level isn't the highest and has a slight smell of cigarettes all over the property. Staff is nice, breakfast is ok, wifi is ok. Beds are comfortable and rooms spacious. Convenient for the port.

For an allegedly 4-star hotel (on Google), this was a disappointing stay. No coffee in the rooms, no cups, limited amenities. The exchange rate offered for the room was also poor. Not a scam, but not the nicest hotel. The view of the sea was nice, though.

Perdeleri pencereyi kapatmıyordu, içerisi dışarıdan fazlaca gözüküyordu. Otel eski fakat temizdi. Kahvaltısı orta kalite ürünlerden oluşuyordu. Yeri çok iyi, otoparkı yetersiz. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve kibar insanlardı.

Oncelikle otel temizlik olarak orta seviyedeydi, çalışanlar hiç bir şekilde yardımcı olmuyor. Otoparkımız var diyorlar ancak yan tarakta 5-6 arabalık bir yerleri var ve kapasite yetmiyor. Yol kenarına araba park etmek de yasak. Akşam park yeri dolu olduğu için arabayı bıraktırıp anahtarı aldılar kendilerinin otoparka alacaklarını söylediler. Ancak sabah araba hala yol kenarındaydı bir de gelip arabanizi alın ceza yersiniz diye bir uyarı yaptilar sabah 9 da. Biz de kedilerinin alacaklarını bu yuzden anahtarimizi aldıklarını soyledigimizde de resepsiyondaki çalışan ceza yediniz demedim ceza yiyebilirsiniz alın dedin diye çirkin ve yuksek sesli bir üslupla karşılaştım. Sonuç olarak 5 gün sonra bana yanlış park nedeniyle olayın gerçekleştiği tarihe ait bir trafik cezası geldi. Kesinlikle güvenilir bir otel degildir. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Odaya girdiğimizde tuvalet temizlenmemiş, çöpü bile alınmamıştı. Bunu görevliye söylediğimizde 'Yarın bakarız.' diye bir cevap aldık. Aynı zamanda havuzun görünüşüne asla aldanmayın. Çok küçük sonradan yapılmış. Oda Suit olmasına ramen 2 adet küçük tek kişilik yatak vardı. Çıkışta ise görevli ilgilenmedi. Kartı resepsiyona bırakın diye seslendi, yerinden bile kalkmadı. İlk gittiğimizde ödemeyi online yapmamıza ramen ödemeniz gözükmüyor diye dönüş aldık. Tamamen fail, gitmeyin.

Lokasyon feribot iskelesine yürüme mesafesindeydi bu bizim için iyiydi. Oda arka tarafa bakıyordu ve küçüçük bir ara sokağa bakan balkonu vardı. Yatak carsaflar temizdi ama havlular yıkanmaktan rengi atmıştı. Otel’in ağır bavullar için rampa accesi yoktu, merdivenden çıkarmak zorunda ksldık. Biz geç gittik otele teras da bir cay içelim dedik Kapalıydı.

Ertesi gun feribota binecegimiz icin mecburen 1 gece konakladik.tek kelimeyle berbat. Odalar, banyolar pis. Otel lobisindeki koltuklar pislikten kararmis, hamambocekleri geziyordu. Personel ilgisiz ve bilgisizdi. Koridorda garip tipler vardi, gece 2 ye kadar muzikli gurultu bitmedi. Tekinsiz ve pis bir otel. Asla aile ile gidilmez, adim atilmaz. Koridorda garip tipler dolasiyor, personelmis megerse. Elektrik calsimiyordu, tuhaf giyimli bir kadin bama kart verdi. Kahvalti gec basliyormus, bize sandvic hazirlayabileceklerini soylediler, sabah lobiye gittik 7 de. Kimse yoktu, hazirlamamislar. Zaten hamambocegini gordulten sonra su bilez icilmazdi Kacarcasina uzaklastik.

Otel odası hiç temiz değildi, odaya yeni giriş yaptığımızda banyoda yerlerde topaklanmış saçlar vardı. Havlular kirliydi ve bir tarafı parfüm kokarken diğer tarafı kir kokuyordu. Odanın zemini ayrıca kirliydi ve yatakların altından poşet vb rahatsız edici şeyler vardı. Ayrıca ilk rezervasyon yaptığımızda soru sormak için oteli aradığımızda resepsiyondaki görevli arkadaş üstten konuşuyordu, bir personel bu şekilde konuşmamalı bir müşteriyle. İyi olan tek şey otelin konumu. Başka da bir şeyi yok. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, KALMAYIN.

Kat görevlileri hakkında yorum yapmak istemiyorum bile çünkü aşağıdan talimat gitmediğinden herhalde odalar asla düzenli temizlenmiyor.Havlu istediğimizde görevliler çıktı dendi ne alaka? Zaten sabah giderken istemiştik.Su sıkıntısı çektik allahım bir suyunu elli yerden getiremediler.Daha tercih etmem.Fiyatına göre eh yani.
