proche de l'aéroport. le directeur nous a demandé de régler la chambre, alors qu'on avait déjà payé à Expédia. il n'a rien voulu savoir, et a exigé qu'on paye à nouveau, à supposer qu'on n'avait pas prévu d'argent!!! de plus le directeur a engueulé son employée devant tous les clients de l'hôtel c'est horrible d'assister à de l'abus de pouvoir, je ne recommande surtout pas cet hôtel !!

Il y a d'autres hôtels plus agréables à Tulear
J'avais 2 réservations confirmées et réglées, mais l'hôtel n'accepte pas les prépaiements d'Hôtel.com, accueil assez froid, j'ai donc dû payer directement si je voulais les chambres. Restaurant et petits déjeuners corrects sans plus.

Manque de confiance malgré la preuve de paiement. Personnel disponible, piscine bruyante car accueil de personnes hors hôtel, gérante très aimable. Notre famille a été mordue par un scolopendre dans la douche.

At check in, hotel would not accept our prepayment via wotif and made us pay them directly as well so we ended up having to pay twice. Constant power outages all night during heat was very unpleasant as room very stuffy without aircon. Would not stay again. Reception staff and wait staff were friendly and helpful but manager/owner wouldn't speak with us to try and resolve our payment issues. Can still see hotel on website accepting bookings and money. Should be removed as he claims they do not work with wotif.com or any other online service.
