Location, location, location
Received phonecall and email instructions from staff explaining the key pad codes for entry which was quick and easy. Also advised us of parking in area as none with apartment (we decided on the NCP car park which was a 5 minute walk away as thought it would be more secure. Paid Street parking and open air car park also available). Apartment appears to have been recently refurbished which was lovely. Shame they hadn't refurbished the bathrooms also which are in need of updating. All in all I would recommend for the location which is a very short walk into town and the reasonable price. Nice chinese restaurant next door called the Duck House.

Sizeable flat in central location
We were generally very satisfied with this flat. It is spacious and well appointed, it however would benefit from full redecoration and a few minor replacements. Although the walls are unmarked, they appear not to have been repainted for many years and could do with freshening up. Some of the blinds and curtains could also do with being changed. Otherwise, we were comfortable and slept well. The showers were great!
The location is only 5 - 10 minutes walk from the centre. No off-street parking is provided but we found a car park only 3 minutes walk away that had resonable charges from 8am to 6pm and was free overnight. It could also be paid for remotely by mobile which was useful. Admittedly, it was an open car park but right outside the fire station so felt reasonably secure.
Oh and the The Crown Liquor Saloon in Great Victoria Street is 6 mins away and worth a visit!

Lamps hang so low, I bumped my head every time. Wifi single went from weak to non-existent. But everything else was great. They need a new modem/router.

Not what we expected
So we reserved the apartment on Adelaide, but got moved 1 block over to 34 Alfred St. It was a 3 BR instead of 2 BR we reserved. On the surface it was OK. But there were significant issues. First they called me to set up a time to meet and get the keys. We called them 1 hour from Belfast and arranged to meet. We were there 5 minutes early, they were 25-30 minutes late.
When showing us the apartment they let us know the balcony was "structurally unsound" Ah what? Trying to get the balcony door locked I did step on it that night and it was like stepping on rotted wood. The windows and doors along the balcony were all being pulled out of square and showed sings of leaking. But the real issues were in the bathroom on the floor below. The ceiling was covered with water stains and damage. The next morning it was raining hard and the floor actually had standing water on it from the leaks. Bathroom also smelled from what I am sure is a mold problem. The electric shower also would not shut off unless you used the pull cord to kill the power. The second day we didn't even use it. The description listed having a hair dryer, which it did not. There also was no soap anywhere. Odd to us, but we had body wash with us.
The WIFI was terrible, even 10 feet from the router. On our last night there we came back about 11 PM and the elevator was stuck on the top floor, where our apartment was. Played with it and got it working the next morning.

Should not be advertised as a hotel type stay
At last minute we were switched from this location to one near or on Queens University Campus. We agreed to it only after we were assured that our cab to the train station would be covered. Absolutely no where to park. Unit was beautiful on the inside but we struggled with the palm reader door unit. Couldn't wash our face after arriving to the unit at 10:30 pm because we had no bath soaps, no shampoo or anything else. Very disappointing for 3 women before going to sleep. To top it off the mattresses in both rooms were like slabs of rock. Worst bed I've laid on in my 56 years.
