Beautiful house with character, host Sinclair was really good on arrival, comfortable room with really comfy chair for sitting whilst doing paperwork later and had an excellent sleep. Breakfast selection was better than any hotel with homemade jams, cooked selections superb.

Absolutely amazing

This is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed in, this guest house is immaculate. The host are absolutely brilliant and the service they offer is fantastic. Breakfast is on a different level, everything you could possibly want and the young lad serving us was so smartly dressed and so very polite. Anytime we are going to Ayr again we will definitely be looking to stay here

This a is beautiful B&B, on a quiet street in a picturesque Scottish town. The house is beautifully decorated, the rooms very comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. If you’re looking for a quiet place and an authentic Scottish experience, this is it!
