"The hotel and room were beautiful, the staff was excellent. They recommended several great restaurants in the area and Santa Maria Cathedral was a short walk from the hotel. The roof top bar was one of the best I have been to with a magnificent view of the cathedral. Would stay here again when visiting Florence."

"What an amazing place, from the building to the staff! The hotel is beautiful and located within walking distance of many attractions. The service was the best I've ever experienced in any property. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the one dinner we ate at the Bernini Palace was very good. My only small complaint is that the basic double room was fairly cramped – we would opt for a larger room the next time we visit. Highly recommended!"

"We loved the breakfast and unlimited coffees;) the vibe of the hotel was amazing! Very nice and clean rooms. My only 2 wishes are: shower cap (there was none) and warmer temperature in the shower (I love my shower hot). Overall fantastic hotel, and we will definitely stay there next time we are in Florence."

"So this little hotel is in a very busy area - simply trying to walk down the street with your luggage feels like you’re navigating an obstacle course. At 2 am we were watching from our balcony the drunk people down on the street (very amusing). That being said, it’s in a very convenient location if you’re there to see the sights of Florence. We were able to walk to almost everything. The furthest away point of interest in our itinerary was probably the Piazzale de Michelangelo where people go to watch the sunset. The staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar served as a lovely way to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a long day of walking and sightseeing. And the breakfast is so good! For the price you really can’t go wrong here! "
