Childrens pool and play area is perfect for kids, beach is easily accessible and location feels isolated from outside distractions. Rooms and clean, beds a little more firm than Im ised to but well presented when you enter to find the robes on the bed.

If you like lots and lots of screaming kids crying everywhere, this is the hotel for you. There is no peace. The room and the place is nice but the amount of people and quality of those people is very hard to bear. Awful music blasting at the pool. I was not happy here.

Another great little break at Costa Ballena. Despite the long queues at check in, the staff worked through the lines promptly. Food at the buffet was ok, has been better in the past, same with the pool restaurant. There was plenty of entertainment for the kids during the day and in the evening which was appreciated. Grounds and pool were clean at all times. Don't understand why small inflatables are not allowed in the main pool. I understand big ones, but small rubber rings should be considered in my opinion. Thank you for a nice few days (think its our fourth visit), will come again soon!
