We had a wonderful two night stay here, one in a traditional Japanese room and one in a modern Japanese room. The staff did everything to make us welcome; they are super friendly and helpful. You have everything you need for a stay in an onsen town. The kaiseki dinner was delicious - served in a dining room not in the room, and breakfast wonderful too. The roof level onsen is clean and tidy and has great views from the outside pools - the men's more so as the women's have a bamboo discretion...
