이름 그대로 고택이다. 오래된 집이지만, 정갈하다. 봉화읍에서 가깝고, 영주 부석사를 갈 경우 영주 시내보다는 여기서 가깝다. 만회고택의 이웃집에서 아침 식사도 가능하다.
