Staff was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful! Loved the resort, the beach is the best for kids and grandparents.The food is very nice and prices for extras like wine bottles are actually cheap. Perfect resort for families.

Very nice, but inquire about room layout.
The “Superior” room we rented had a queen bed and two singles side by side in the same room, which didn’t work for us as there was zero privacy. Paid extra for a much nicer unit with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Staff, food, pools, and beach were awesome. Had a kids show and many kids activities. It was a very nice place.

The pool area, food and beach with the reef in front makes such a relaxing environment. The road leading to the resort is in poor condition and traffic jams up. They appear to be working on it, so this may only be a problem for a few more weeks.

We were here for just two nights. This is a family resort catered for families. That didn’t particularly bother us as a young couple but something to be aware of. We had a few issues. 1. We weren’t given a hotel room, instead a two bedroom apartment a few buildings down at the sister resort. They did move us upon request after the first night 2. The code for the apartment didn’t work. We had to wait an hour for someone to bring a ladder and climb through a window to get inside and reset the password 3. WiFi didn’t work in the apartment, had to wait an hour for someone to figure out what the password was 4. Had to wait 30 minutes at the towel stand for a towel because they ran out. I don’t understand how you run out of towels at a beach resort. Went to the front desk and they gave me one. 5. Hot water was not working in the apartment. 6. At 7 pm walked around trying to find somewhere to have a drink. The bar outside was closed and told me to go to the lobby bar. Lobby bar told me to go upstairs restaurant. Upstairs restaurant said they were closed. Pretty crazy to not be able to get a drink at 7 pm on vacation at a resort If you have kids, they’ll have fun. But if you don’t, stay somewhere nicer.

O melhor hotel da região!
A acomodação é ótima e o atendimento é melhor ainda! O restaurante é incrível para as três refeições: Café da manhã, almoço e jantar. As comidas são muito saborosas e nada pesadas. Senti falta apenas de um pouco de tempero para o peixe, mas ainda sim estava agradável. A área de lazer é espaçosa agradável. A piscina é uma delicia. A água fica aquecida durante a noite e o bar da piscina deixa tudo melhor. O mais legal é que o Samoa disponibiliza Caiaque, Stand-up e aos sábados, aula de mergulho. A equipe de recreação é incrível e está disponível para todas as idades (os brindes também)! Tenho um agradecimento especial às recreadoras “Brasil” e “Flô (Flor)” que são incríveis e sabem animar todo público. Foi incrível estar junto de pessoas tão animadas, alto astral e simpáticas. Melhoraram meus dias em 1000%! O quarto é bem espaçoso e confortável. A cama é extremamente confortável e os travesseiros são como nuvens! O serviço de quarto também foi ótimo. Meu agradecimento especial ao Sérgio pelo jantar oferecido a nós no restaurante Beijupirá. O restaurante traz uma proposta de culinária francesa em um ambiente agradável, sofisticado e autêntico. Além de tudo isso, o SPA é maravilhoso e altamente recomendável. Apesar de ser um serviço pago, ele vale a pena. Agradeço novamente ao Sérgio e ao mensageiro Luiz pelo ótimo atendimento, carinho e empatia com os hóspedes. Minha sugestão seria somente para quanto às informações oferecidas aos hóspedes.

Bom resort
Em geral, recomendo a visita ao Samoa pela praia em frente ao hotel, maravilhosa. Sobre a estrutura em si, foi ok, mas alguns pontos podem melhorar: - Assim que chegamos o ar condicionado começou a pingar e alagou o quarto. Fizeram o reparo na hora, mas isso levou cerca de 40 minutos, entre conserto e limpeza e abalou a chegada. - O presente da chegada podia ser algo coletivo, ao invés de uma única camiseta UV. - A academia é muito pequena, muitos hóspedes frequentavam o local e ficava simplesmente inviável se exercitar. O buffet do café da manhã e do jantar estavam bons, bem como comidas e drinks pedidos no bar. Em geral os funcionários são amistosos.
