"The welcome on arrival was both warm and helpful and during our stay any questions we had were handled helpfully and professionally. The standard room was clean and comfortable and the limited space well used. Next time I will probably book a comfort room. We did not eat at the hotel other than lunch for which there was a menu with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and plentiful. The hotel is situated in a park area where there are lots of opportunities for walking and cycling. The hotel is some distance from the centre and there is an excellent bus service within a short walk and discounted tickets available from reception."

My daughter feels safe and is very happy to have chosen to stay here. Customer satisfaction is their major priority, well done to them all and keep up the good work."
