"We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We have stayed in other luxury hotels in Chengdu before. This will now be our preferred one. We had a club room . The club lounge had excellent service;, food and drinks. We had breakfast in the main restaurant which was outstanding. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay at a beautiful hotel."
"The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and the overall service was excellent. The manager stationed in the lobby was also very helpful and approachable. However, the check-in staff were just average—most came across as more “cool” than welcoming."
