"Customer service, from check in to check out, was exceptional. We had contacted the hotel to request interconnecting rooms prior to arrival which was arranged. All staff were friendly and professional. Rooms and all communal spaces were spotless. Our car to the airport was already waiting for us as we came down to check out. This will be our first choice hotel if we need to stay near the airport again. Well done to the Aloft Team and thank you for a short but wonderful stay. "
"Staff at restaurant great. Check in ok but not friendly. Phones in room not working, informed the staff but no action taken. Requested a USB as mine stopped charging, was told they would send it but never arrived. For the rates that they are charging the attention to guest needs are lacking. "
"Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was excellent. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The breakfast buffet was superb.
The only minor hitch was the room key stopped working almost every day and I had to come down to the reception and have it reset each time."
