"Friendly and approachable staff available 24/7. The hotel was well maintained with clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were very good and reasonable price. The hotel is located near several tram stops making it convenient to visit the rest of the city."
"I was delighted with my stay here-everything was fresh & new! The hospitality was excellent from the moment I walked in. They let me store my luggage before check-in & after check-out so I could explore & when I needed a quiet place to work, Jan (the general manager) graciously offered me their meeting room for a few hours. The bathrooms were very clean & modern, you could buy/rent anything you forgot, bar in the basement, elevator access, and the dorm rooms were clean & comfortable (I appreciated the personal fan, privacy curtain, charging station & comfy pillows). I didn't use the kitchen or common areas a lot, but many people did & there was at least 1 event planned per night for folks who wanted to socialize (wasn't a party hostel). Location was excellent here-super close to the metro & trams. Would love to stay here again & would highly recommend it!"
"Old hotel in a central location, with a lot of character and in excellent condition. Very comfortable accommodations, clean and a responsive staff. Although we didn't have breakfast, buffet looked great. Very reasonable rate for the time of year. Would certainly stay there again."
