"Excellent traditional European hotel with friendly, attentive staff
Complimentary full breakfast, served buffet style in the dining room was delicious, including fresh squeezed local orange juice that was amazing.

"We cannot say enough about how good this hotel was. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was so good, and the pool was very nice. The key pad system for getting into your room and the main door is genius! If we ever make it back to Palermo (fingers crossed) we will be sure to stay here. Again, words cannot describe how wonderful the staff was, they truly made you feel like family.

"A very convenient and well maintained room - the high ceilings were nice and the water pressure was grrat. It's great to have a lift since it's on the 4th floor. Aircon works great, too. No complaints! "
