"The reception staff were polite and helpful.
We were upgraded and had a room with a terrace and a great view of the city.
The room was clean with tea, coffee and nice toiletries.
The area felt safe, particularly as there were parts of the city that didn’t feel very safe.
Restaurants close by and walking distance of the main attractions."

"This hotel is a gem. We rented a 2 bedroom suite. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. If you are looking for an authentic Palermo experience this hotel will not disappoint. There is also a mini mart across the street open until midnight. "
