"I had a great time in this hotel .it is a beachfront property.the room was clean and spacious.internet was fast .breakfast was nice..the staff were very nice and professional..my flight was at 9.00 pm and the Yorlin from the reception was very nice and very professional..he allowed me for a late check out which allowed me to get some rest since i am taking 3 flights to travel back home with a total of 26 hours .thank you Yorlin "
"I stayed at Impressive Hotel, and my experience was truly amazing.
Service: The staff were very respectful, always responded quickly and politely. Many of them speak English, which made everything easier.
Food & Drinks: The buffet and snack areas are open for 3–4 hours in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening. Water in the room was free of charge. There are plenty of restaurants and shops available.
Cleanliness & Facilities: Everything was spotless. The bathrooms are new and shining, and the beach is clean and beautiful.
Gratitude: Honestly, I didn’t find any weaknesses; everything was well organized and professional.
Suggestion: If the hotel could offer halal meat, it would be perfect for Muslim guests from Toronto, the US, and around the world. This would bring even more guests and an excellent future for the hotel.

"The bed was comfortable the place was clean the communication was great with the representative internet work well, walking distance to the beach Dona’s Paula was a great spot. I had one problem we had to pay for the usage amount of light you use. I believe that was one of the reason i would not stay there again. I leave home to come and pay someone light bill. no way!"
