"Excellent hotel. Staff are friendly & pleasant. Good location. Breakfast with an impressive array of options, made with high-quality, fresh ingredients. We had a wonderful stay. "
"Our stay at Fusion Original was fantastic! We booked a two-bedroom unit and it was incredibly spacious for our family of four. The service was phenomenal, the hotel was spotless, and the location was truly the highlight — you can walk everywhere.
Ben Thanh Market is only a 5–7 minute walk away, Saigon Fashion (for all your bargain or knock-off finds) is right across the street, and there are countless cafés, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Being connected to Saigon Centre Mall was also super convenient for shopping and grabbing essentials. Don’t miss Uniqlo inside the mall — they carry Vietnam-exclusive items that make great souvenirs.
My only complaint is the Grab pick-up/drop-off situation. Because the hotel is located inside Saigon Centre, it can be quite painful getting in and out — drivers struggle to access the pick-up point and it can take a lot of time waiting. So if you plan to explore mostly on foot, this hotel is perfect. But if you’re moving around the city often, just be aware that transportation can be frustrating and slow.
Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely return — just be prepared for the Grab logistics!"
