"The staff at check-in were very kind and helpful. Did a great job explaining the policy at the hotel and what time breakfast is available.
The breakfast was great! I am a American traveling in Germany and it had great food choices and drinks. Much better than similar hotel would have in USA.

Cons: Bartender (old tall man) from the hotel bar was extremely rude and shouting at guests once he couldn't handle couple of drink orders. Really shocking behavior and apparently he is well known for it as we did feedback that on the check-out and got told by the reception that "he can sometimes be like that""
