"The room is really good and clean, and the bed is really comfortable and spotless.
The staff are good from the reception to the men at the front door and the kitchen staff. The breakfast is good. "
"Excellent hotel. We came back for another night when we had to be in Hanoi. Staff and cleanliness is 5 star. Restaurant is awesome and the waiting staff are well trained. The receptionists (all) were amazing. They answered most of our questions and concerns. The hotel is in a busy area, so vigilance is required when walking as there are too many scooters. Looking for a good street food? you are right at the heart of it. The walk to the french 1/4 is about a 20-30 min, but we enjoy walking so that was not an issue for us. "
"My stay at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake was excellent. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing trip, with beautiful lake views and easy access to nearby cafes and walking areas. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable throughout my stay.
Breakfast was great overall with plenty of variety, though I wish there were more halal options available. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi."

"Clean ample room, well equipped with a comfy large bathroom. Only drawback - limited TV programming mostly Asian channels. No CNN and BBC although those are listed in the programming brochure.
