"Great stay in a perfect location to see some landmarks. Pubs, bars and restaurants all in walking distance and staff were extremely friendly.
Rooms were also in great condition "
"The receptionist, nice young lady with brown hair, was really friendly and helpful when checking us in, greeting us during our stay and storing our luggage for us on the day of departure. The room was a good size with well thought out and good quality necessities, such as the Dyson air fan, and decent cooking equipment, we were also impressed by the room's sound proofing blocking out construction in the area. The oven worked well and the fridge was a good size for our stay. The bed was very comfortable giving us a good night's sleep for a busy few days in London. There is a tube station very close by as well as a number of affordable food shops and other amenities. A great stay overall and a good price for everything that is included, we will definitely return again."
"This is a cute boutique hotel in a great spot in downtown London. Checking in was easy and smooth and we were within walking distance of tons of restaurants, stores, and transportation. The room was nice, if small. I accidentally booked a room without windows, which was a new experience, but the mood lighting in the room helped alleviate that to some degree.
The lobby is a nice place to relax and the Continental breakfast was great, with tons of options and fresh pastries.
Some small downsides that aren't a big deal but worth mentioning:
The room did not have a lot of storage for our clothes. The far side of the bed didn't have outlets and we had to run a cord across the bed to charge a phone overnight.
The room was also a bit stuffy, without much ventilation.
Would definitely stay here again if I came into town."
"Loved this hotel! Fantastic amenities and a convenient location near tube stations. The Sicilian restaurant in the basement is amazing and the bar on the roof looked good too. We will be back! "
"Just love a Cotizen M and this has to be one of the best!!
Amazing location with a fabulous terrace.
Staff as per usual - top notch and a credit to the chain!"
