The staff were terrific - they provided information to us as tourists and also resolved a problem whereby we had left something at another hotel out of the city and they provided the means to retrieve the item. They could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean, too. The only downside of the hotel is its location, inasmuch as there are some but not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. But overall, we had a really good...
