"I gifted this to my daughter in law for her birthday and she said the room assigned was dirty, not cleaned from previous guest. She went back to reception and was assigned another room . The bed had a very thin mattress. ONLY redeeming quality was a very good breakfast. I don’t understand how this establishment was given such high rating. I actually should get my hotel stay refunded."

"I really enjoyed my stay, I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. All personnel made us feel comfortable throughout our stay! I couldn't find a bad moment the whole week. Jennifer who works at the Hideaway went up and beyond making me and my wife comfortable. The food was excellent my room was immaculate on a daily basis.
This was my first all inclusive trip and I enjoyed it!"

The apartment its half an hour walk from the main entrance, if you book a tour or a taxi or uber eats they wont let them drive up to your apartment, means find your way to get there or walk for 30 min in the Caribbean heat.
They did not inform me i had to pay for electricity, they inform me about this after i made and paid for the...
