"Stayed 2 different nights and both on 17th floor with amazing views of the Sky Tower and Harbour bridge. Lovely comfortable and quiet room.
Breakfast was good with a wide variety and scrambled eggs which normally let down so many hotels were v good! Pool is great for lengths and location is amazing to enjoy Auckland. "

"The front desk staff was friendly and professional and our room was clean and comfortable. We utilized the shuttle service to get to and from the airport and barely missed it leaving, so we had to wait 30 minutes for it. Upon departure the next morning the shuttle was completely full with many people having to stand as this shuttle picks up and drops off at multiple hotels. Just know this and be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes. There was a lady who seated us at breakfast who was very rude but I did not catch her name. Overall a good stay. "
