The hotel room was exceptionally clean and neat with everything one needs soft cozy beds and the best sheets silky and soft. The staff were amazing from the speedy check in with a wonderful reception from Busiswe and Mpho. The resturant was amazing the food delicious I started with the Calamari which was so soft tender and juicy. The server Melanie was exceptional so helpful and kind and caring. Providing exceptional care and information about Cape Town. The Hotel was in perfect distance form the downtown area an Uber was a quick ride to all the perfect spots.
