"I have stayed here many times and have been very happy.This time, I arrived minutes after the usual check-in time and my room was not ready. I was brought to the dining area, where I was promised welcome tea. After twenty minutes, my tea did not arrive, so I went to the desk and the receptionist told me my room was ready. I asked about my tea, and there was no response. This is a nice hotel and usually the staff is better. At exactly 12:00 noon my phone was ringing to remind me that my stay was over, but where was the initial care of my check-in? I also would avoid room number 2 as it is noisy and has a tiny shower."
"The hotel is well situated in a lively area with a shopping mall. It is a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Around the area are restaurants, shops, etc. It is also very accessible to all sorts of transportation. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff was kind, courteous, helpful and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
