"When you arrive in the hotel shuttle bus, you are greeted with an overwhelming hotel lobby with it's pretty center fountain and breathtaking inside roof.
The check in around 1pm was pretty straight forward considering it is the national holiday and everyone in HK and China are travelling.
The bedroom was generous in size and everything was up to the standard for this 5 star hotel although I found the carpet might need changing.
There are plenty of shops to help pass time and the casino is humongous.
If I had to make a comment on improvements then I would like to see one or two western cuisine restaurants. I have been in China for the last 10 days and it would have been more enjoyable for me to change my dining options.
The free shuttle bus is very useful and convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful and took are bags up separately to our rooms and when we checked out, the staff helped us onto the bus to the ferry terminal.
I would come again and if you do come, register for a Sands members card and you get 10% off."
"Very clean and nice hotel in Macau. Staffs are nice and greeting. Room service is nice. Location is great and close to local restaurants and walkable to all attractions in Macau island. "
