"Much nicer than anticipated!! Highly recommend. Central location. I had room Pinicula (sp) on 2nd floor (up stairs — no elevator but receptionist helped carry my stuff. Little kitchenette with table & chairs, 2 gas burners, frig, dishes, coffee/tea. 1 bottle water provided. Bed firm comfy. Balcony patio off the bathroom with table & chairs, umbrella. The breakfast was basic: coffee or tea, yogurt in container, banana, cereal, pastry. "

"Overall, we had a fantastic stay. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. The food was pricey but delicious. They had a great spread for breakfast and we left every meal full and happy. We also had a couples massage that was wonderful. They really listened to our preferences and gave great massages (one deep tissue and one Swedish massage). 10/10 recommend coming here at least once. We hope to return!"

"Hotel VILLA AQUAVIVA This is our second time in 2 years staying at this property. The location it's perfect if you want to go to SATURNIA TERME IL MOLINO. (5 Min drive). Also very close to a beautiful little town, and 30 minute drive to PITIGLIANO. The grounds for the property it's just gorgeous, you are staying in the middle of vineyards, Amazing views, from every angle of the property. Breakfast included, was very good, and the personal attention of the Staff, was great. Rooms are kind of small (specially the bathroom and shower) but super clean and a very comfortable bed. Parking it's included at the property We Will come back next time we will be in Italy. "

"Love my stay at this small hotel in the beautiful town of Orvieto. I had a room on the third floor with a small window that overlooked the quaint street below. Service was always offered with a smile and the location was perfect."

" We stayed there for 4 nights We received a not very clean apartment with minimal consideration Not even a single tea bag. The place does not provide a towel change service and for the entire period we only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper. The place is beautiful and nice"
