"Our check-in experience was great — very quick and easy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were pleasant; not overly fancy, but definitely comfortable and well-kept. The check-out process was even faster and easier than the check-in. Overall, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Staff was great all around and the location was excellent. I loved my room—really good value for the level of comfort (the bed was so warm and cozy!). My only complaint was the tiny shower, but it wasn’t a deal breaker."

"The room was very clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We finally enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was once we got home. It took five days to get the pending money back into my account and I had to ring the hotel as they had overcharged me by £150 which if I hadn’t of queered it I wouldn’t have got it back it was just aggro. I didn’t need once we got home."

"We arrived early in the morning and check in wasn’t till 4, so they found a room for us to change to that we could check in at 10am which helped us out so much! The rooms were clean, so spacious, and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. There are lifts for easy access everywhere, which is rare in Amsterdam! Amazing stay and wouldn’t choose any other hotel - will definitely be coming back to this one every time! Location is amazing too, only 10-15 minute walk to Dam Square."
