"Property was falsely advertised. Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia . Would not recommend this property. I am still waiting for a refund which Expedia is organsing as this was a terrible experience and introduction to Djerba and its people. property communucation"

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

"Very nice resort overall, perfect location and beach. Expensive for Tunisia (meals, drinks). Great beds and rooms. Female staff (guest relations) very friendly. Male staff quite unpleasant (they seem to be disturbed when you ask something, mainly barmen and receptionists, limit rude) Perfect staff at the pool and at the beach. Expensive car transfer from/to airport, prefer taxis. Very nice stay overall, but could have been perfect with a smile from grumpy barmen and some waiters."

"Fun hotel. Friendly staff. Good vibes. Nice pool area with table tennis. Amazing beach area with beach volleyball. Food is amazing, staff helped us with booking dinner. Mr. Farhat offered me a shower after check out. The staff was willing to «go the extra mile». I can highly recommend this hotel."

"Vert nice hotel. The reception staff checked us in at about 10 am which was very nice of them. The breakfastvwas excellentvwith great selection of nice food. Rooms are sea view and very comfortable "

"Jag blev väldigt besviken på mitt besök på Yadis Djerba Thalasso. Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dåligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa till. Ingen välkomnande känsla överhuvudtaget, vilket satte tonen för resten av vistelsen. Jag hade förväntat mig en helt annan standard och service. Rekommenderas tyvärr inte. "

"Nice property. Stayed during low season so many of the facilities weren’t really in use such as pool bar and beach bar but I imagine they’d be nice. Has a good indoor pool to help out during the colder months."

"The cleaner came into our room in the morning! she just opened the door! even tho we had do not disturb plate, but she removed it and said it was nothing on the door. When i checked in the women was too slow, she didnt take us seriously, she was just talking to everyone else while saying one/ two words to us, not professional. The swiming pool was nice and the people who work there are very nice"
