and SPA (sauna, steam room, turkish baths). it has a massive outdoor patio with a bar in the middle and they sometimes have evening entertainment. There is even a bar in one of the outdoor pools. They have PS4's in the lobby, a piano,

area. All inclusive was not so good, there were regularly empty trays of food, that just were not been restocked, always the good stuff, a poor selection compared to a usual 4 star hotel. There is no bar area, entertanment is on poolside which is nice, but all lights get switched off at 10:30, at which point you have to go out or go to your room"

"It’s literally 2 mins walk from the beach. The food was good, had a soup for every meal. Wish the buffet has more traditional options, i can eat (but won’t) chicken nuggets everywhere…thank god there was sopska all the time :) unlimited drinks and ice cream during the day. the girls and guys in the restaurant and

"The hotel is overall good. But the WiFi and Tv entertainment is appalling. WiFi keeps disconnecting after every 20-30 mins. TV has only 30 local channels and no satellite connection.
The reception was empty when we arrived there. Waited for 15 mins before we decided to go into the restaurant and ask an employee to help us finding someone.
Breakfast is only decent. Lots of variety but quality is average. Coffee is only available on self service machines, hence could not get a barista made coffee...

"Very big hotel by the far end of Sunny Beach. Everything was good, the location, food and facilities. The swimming pools are superb, very big and very clean. No problem with towels reserving recliners, but it was towards the end of the season."

"All inclusive package is 10/10 about food (really tasty, different kinds, no stomack issues but like 2/10 about drinks.... beer nor wine is drinkable.... really not good.... about "coctails" the same... like if want to go there to mainly get drunk and not be KO the next day this is not the place....but food was super :) The only negative was the cold on the room (I complained 2 times to the reception) once even some "technician came" and told that tge next day the heating will be working...
