"The staff are so amazingly sweet. The man who checked me in was super helpful and kind. But the one who was working during my second night was exceptionally amazing! Apologies, I don't recall his name but he wears glasses and has teeth braces. He went above and behond in patiently and enthusiastically helping me find dinner delivery on a very late night back to the hotel due to yandex drivers scamming me for two hours in the night.
