The only thing is that when I called and they didn't answer the first time around, but the second time it took another 10 minutes for someone to meet me. However, after that, they have an airport transfer, it was on time and check out was very seamless. "

"We loved the property! The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the ocean. The staff was so friendly and fun to chat with each day. We loved our room with the balcony overlooking the plaza and the sea. I would not, however, recommend getting a message at the spa. We signed up for a sport massage and got a light rub at best by someone who was clearly not trained in giving a massage. It was very disappointing. "

"We had a three night stay in May 2025. Check in was easy and after a small glitch in the room we were immediately moved to another room on the same floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as a jumping off point. Only element missing might be a nice spot outdoors for an evening or happy hour beverage (rooftop or outside in front of the hotel). "
