We had heard about Laureles being a noisy area, but for us the hotel itself was quiet enough to get a good rest. The staff was friendly, and the area was clean and safe. The only issue I had was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, by the second day my back was hurting.

If you're going to stay at this hotel get a premium room or family room facing away from the street, or on a high floor. The standard room is like a prison cell ...it's very small and has no windows. The rooms don't have good soundproofing, so it's important to get a room on a high floor or facing away from the street below. I had a room on ninth floor, so outside noise wasn't too bad. WiFi is so-so The location is convenient, lots of restaurants and some supermarkets nearby.
