Avoid

The location was the only good thing about this b&b. Room was dirty, bathroom needed a good clean. Toilet waste dirty. Shower had mould on the grout. Used tissue at the side of the bed. No milk for the tea tray. Carpet had not been vacuumed and there was bits on the floor. The bed lookediked they just put any spare bedding on and nothing matched. I didn't sleep in the bed as duvet had marks on so god help the sheets. The pillows were flat. Not a good experience at all.

A warm welcome from Diane immediately upon arrival. The room was clean, well stocked and in good order. I later found the bed to be comfortable and spacious (just me in huge bed). The house is well situated for the town and seafront. Breakfast choice was comprehensive and the full English was exactly that! I booked though Hotels.com and the rate was competitive. If I return to that part of the Wales, I know where my first choice of accommodation would be.

We stayed for 1 night in the family room as was only one left. The decor was lovely. Nice little touches in room like cappucino sachet and little bathtub ornament for toiletries. Beautifully clean. Dianne is lovely and freindly. Like home from home. Sorry forgot her husbands name but we saw dianne more. Breakfast was lovely. Nice little stroll to cemtre and beach. Highly recommend

I stayed in Colwyn Bay for the Northern Eye Festival at Oriel Colwyn and the stay was very enjoyable. I was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. It's a quiet little Guest House and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town - I would definitely stay there again :-)

Pleasant stay, good base near beach and shopping.

Diane and Chris lovely hosts. Diane works so hard. Room comfortable, bed large & comfy, tea, coffee, biscuits mints etc in room, plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. Breakfast fresh and hot served to taste as requested. Nice that there was a bar to sit in and have a chat. Good base for getting into Colwyn Bay, on a quiet road.
