Reception var ubesat ved ankomsten, det viser sig at manden stod og røg ude på parkeringspladsen, så mig ankomme og blev overrasket da jeg stod og ventede længe i receptionen. Den lille ringeklokke på disken havde ingen effekt. Samme ved afrejse, da stod jeg igen og ventede hvor damen var ude i køkkenet. OBS indcheckning kun fra 16-18.00 "

"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "
