Room was clean and spacious enough for two people. Thought the charge for parking was outrageous. Granted there was a big event that weekend, but with room rates being so expensive already you would expect the guests to have a parking pass or something to enable them to come and go as that please instead of charging them every time they leave the the parking area.

Wonderful room, with-in walking distance of so many places. I was a little disappointed I had to pay for parking. I didn’t see anywhere that there was a discount or parking pass, but almost $50 for being parked in a spot for less than 24 hours was a little much. But the convenience and safety factor was a plus since I travelled solo. I also would’ve liked a mini fridge in the room but I was only there to sleep for one night. I will definitely be back to this hotel the next time I stay in Raleigh!

Location is good, easily walk to restaurants, close to concert venue. Hotel is a bit run down and dated. I would spend the extra money and stay at the Marriott next time if I ever needed to come back. It was fine and served its purpose, but I wouldn’t say it was nice.
