I love Kamakura since it is the first government founded by Samurais. It has a cozy and charming atmosphere that you can only sense in Kamakura. Komachi-dori has so many small business-like restaurants & stores you can enjoy conversations with owners

Kamakura is amazing, especially if you stay overnight, you can enjoy the touristic sites early in the morning and then relax in the evening when everyone is gone.

Great place, and enoshima as well. Amazing temples and cool amenities (eg micro pig café). You don't need more than two days here.

This is a second time we have been to Kamakura. The first time was just a day trip from Tokyo. A very beautiful town, and there are still places that we still want to explore.
