Xmas stay in Dallas
Overall—hotel met our expectations: responsive staff, good location, covered parking, large room, and good maid service. Problems were age-related I think or maybe this room had not been booked recently. Shower—took forever for the water to get hot and then to drain. Toilet stopped up. To their credit the work orders were promptly met after we notified the front desk of the problems. Other issues: Very little lighting in the room and no mirrors except in the bathroom.

Not Worth It
This hotel has seen better days. The bathtub was so slippery that both my partner and I fell at different times. It was so used that whatever grip used to be there was entirely gone. The hotel was not too concerned but had us fill out a sheet. The room got extremely warm in the middle of the night no matter how cool we made the room. It’s as if the auto heat kicked on in the hotel at the same time as other colleagues staying here had the same experience. Would recommend picking any of the myriad of other hotels in the area. Not worth it.

A gym not a room
Our room cost $300 when we arrived we saw that our room had an area converted to an exercise area with weights bikes medicine balls and so forth. There fore no nightstand no seating . It was ridiculous and they were sold out so tough luck. No one on this site told me this was what we were booking. I am not happy.

Okay Stay
Hotel needs updates. This will be the last time we stsy here. Our room was run down. Curtains were ripped, the edge of the mirror in the bathroom was chipped on the corner the edge was jagged . Overall dingy. At least the bed and pillows were comfortable. We stay here once a year and it will be our last.
