The staff was kind, the hotel/room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we slept well!! Included Perks of coffee and popcorn in the lobby. Room was clean at a glance, but as we were going to sleep a cockroach popped out of the picture on the wall. There was an extremely dirty towel behind all the clean ones so we had to use our own. Beds were clean. Coffee machine was not. It’s cheap, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

During our stay they were having issues with the key card device. The staff had to walk every customer to their rooms. Despite the challenge the staff remained cordial and helpful. Even at check out they found a mistake with my billing and corrected on the spot. Bottom line, phenomenal customer service! Well done.
