Gym is all broken. Nothing works. It’s a joke. Coffee maker for 3 days didn’t work and they never fixed. Run down. Looks they tried to fix with a quick paint job. I stay only because of the location.

Don’t stay there.
It was my birthday, we evacuated from the hurricane Milton. We had no shower. It didn’t work. I told the desk. They didn’t do anything. Didn’t offer to move us. Didn’t offer a discount. Nothing. We got power first thing the next morning and left.

We do a ladies' trip to Palm Beach every year and usually stay at The Breakers, but this time we decided to try something new and stayed at the Tideline. I’m so glad we did—it was fantastic! While the hotel isn’t as big as The Breakers, we really loved the more intimate experience. It felt like a hidden gem, and the restaurant was superb. Every meal was a treat! One of the best parts was the beach—no annoying rocks like some of the other spots in Palm Beach, just smooth sand and perfect for relaxing. We all agreed we’d definitely recommend Tideline and can’t wait to come back again!

It's rare to find a hotel where the room service matches the restaurant quality, but Tideline truly exceeded our expectations. This is a GREAT property! It’s right on the beach and has a private beach. I was upgraded to an ocean view which was a great surprise.
