The jacuzzi was basically a sewer with lights, and nobody offered to clean the room once in 4 days. One wine glass, no ice, no bar, no resaurant, and they charged me extra fees for having two friends in my suite. I will never go back to Hemma or recommend it to anyone. Dont he fooled by the photos, its literally the cheapest furniture and terrible design choices. Theres also zero counter space in the bathroom.

NO AIRCONDITIONING. Americans travelers should note this fact before booking as for us air conditioning is not something we would typically ask about as we look at it more as standard practice. And though Bogota is a very cool city and opening a window should be more than enough, the situation is that Bogota is also unsafe and I was nervous about my safety. Other than that everything was ok.

The jacuzzi was dirty within the plumbing. I had them clean it in my stay of four days. I couldn't use it for two days and one night. Other than that the breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The room was smaller then in the photos. The shower had black mold growing in the shower. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have thought. It was hard to sleep. 3 stars.

The staff was great, very helpful and easy to communicate, even with my very little Spanish. Suite is very comfortable for a family of 4. Close to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Very out of the way from the touristic attraction, but I preferred traffic and well scheduled outings than staying in cramped hotel rooms with teen age kids. Only wish the Jacuzzi had a thermostat to keep it warm all the time...

This is not a 4 star hotel, im not sure it would qualify as a 3 star hotel, felt scammed. There are no services at all (theyndid cleaned the room everyday though). The water stinks, I paid for the most expensive suit, the room was nice but the cleaning crew did not cleaned the plates and cups. The water pressure at shower was so weak that it took me 20 minutes to properly shower. Really disappointed.
