The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to help make the stay memorable! Their English is better than mine. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff. The hotel itself is clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Despite being in the middle of old quarter they must have great soundproofing as the night was quiet. Amazing Stay! Amazing Staff

The service and staff attentiveness is really amazing! We stayed here for a weekend and then went to Sapa and Ha Long. They booked us a taxi when checking out and when we wanted to keep our luggage for a few hours before our flight after we came back from Ha Long, they let us put our luggage even though we stayed with them the previous week. I have never seen this before. Highly recommended if you are staying in Hanoi
