Wonderful! But: Needs microwave, refrig not cold enough, Pools too COLD, Food mostly easy junk & $$$, Cleaned my room at 7:30 PM, Cleaning lady VERY rude, Room service chats for tip, just stop; Hot tub TOO hot, Pools COLD - we CAME for pool!!! We enjoyed the stay and the overall experience at Christmas time at the Opryland Hotel was very enjoyable. Romm was nice with a great view off the balcony into the interior Arboretum. Food and drink were good at the at the restaurants.

Awesome experience!
It was an amazing experience at christmas time! The staff members were above and beyond friendly and helpful. The decorations, plants, waterfalls, and lights were phenomenal and made for wonderful pictures. The ICE exhibit was amazing too. The cleaning staff came to early and didnt come back but with 3,000 rooms i guess its hit or miss. The beds were extra firm (we like a pillow top). One charger by the bed isnt enough, and the water pressure wasn't great.

Beautiful place, and an amazing experience. However, the service from the front desk and concierge was poor at best. We received incorrect information on almost every encounter, though they were generally kind. I would certainly stay again, but do not expect any help even though you are paying a premium price

Almost excellent….
Took my daughter and granddaughter here for Christmas Eve. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The employees were great overall. We had an overly pushy cleaning lady that started knocking at 9 am when checkout wasn’t until 11. We ate at Cascades and it was definitely overpriced. $50 for a ribeye that was just ok and specialty gingerbread drink that was basically a shot of whiskey with a cinnamon stick. Also for $500 a night, some kind of Christmas goody bag would have been ice. But I will come back for the view and luxury.
